Recording your video is easier than you think.
You don't need fancy equipment to create high-quality videos. A smartphone or a DSLR camera will do just fine. Add a good microphone to ensure clear audio, and you're ready to start recording. If you're comfortable being on camera, record yourself delivering the content directly to your audience. If not, don't worry—you can still create engaging videos by capturing your screen. Whichever method you choose, we suggest aiming for at least two hours of video content for a paid course.
Before you hit record, take some time to plan out your video. Outline the key points you want to cover and create a script or storyboard to guide you through the recording process. This will help keep your content organized and ensure that you cover all the necessary information. Take your time and speak clearly and confidently. If you make a mistake, don't worry—just pause, gather your thoughts, and start again. Remember, practice makes perfect, so don't be afraid to do multiple takes until you're satisfied with the result.

We'll ask you to participate in a short interview to present your final video. If your presentation meets our requirements and standards, congratulations—you're in! Your course will be accepted, and you'll be on your way to becoming an official instructor at AIM IT Institute.
If, for any reason, your course is rejected, don't be discouraged. Use the feedback provided to gather more experience or skills, or make necessary changes and apply again. We believe in continuous improvement and are here to support you every step of the way.
In two to four weeks, our AIM IT team will provide you with three workshops and two demo classes to help you prepare for your course launch. These sessions will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to deliver an engaging and impactful learning experience for your students.
